At high altitudes only the strongest slate is permitted. Tested up to windspeeds of Beaufort 12 and beyond, the only slate in its class that survives European test methods by mock-up is our Brazilian very durable slate. In combination with hooks and stainlesssteel screws our slate is mounted to last for at least many decades. This building makes a solid statement to its surroundings. Multicolour Oxyde MC cladding gives the Lugano building with residential appartements a durable skin. The building with 9000 m2 of living area has become a landmark in the city-centre.
